The Violence Against Women Act of 2014 includes grant money to address date rape, domestic violence, and sexual harrassment on college campuses. Campus Clarity is the vehicle being used to educate staff and students on consent and sexual harrassment. This is a poster created to illustrate consent.
The new law places emphasis on the arrest of perpetrators and the absolute innocence and total freedom from responsibility on the victim. Penalties will be severe as the precedent has been set in the VAWA of 1994. I would advice men who are attending college to swear off women for the duration of your education. Remember you can and will be arrested if a woman accuses you of rape, domestic violence, sexual harrassment, or stalking. If you should get accused seek legal council immediately. Do not talk to law enforcement or campus authorities without representation.
